the success of any deal weathers a deal with iran or anybody, is not the deal itself. but compliance with the terms and the conditions of the deal have you ever entered into a contract? it does not mean anything if the other side does not comply with it or they do not intend to comply with it. there needs to be punishment, fines, penalties and built intoy such deal. so the question i have with all of the debates swirling around and so forth and so on, how will compliance be addressed and enforced beyond the trump presidency? isn't that the bottom line? understanding further negotiations are to lead to a final deal. i am single precious little discussion, or reporting or official statements about how the mou or a final deal would be enforced. to ensure compliance.

what does a great deal look l like? and what about the enforcement features isn't that key to everything cuesta reports is a great point. let's start there parchment agreement is not worth anything if it is not actually implemented if it's not actually enforced we know the iranian regime has cheated in the past and the going to cheat in the future. that is what they do. the arrangements that are being adopted have to be enforced in the future vigorously, robustly otherwise the agreement is not worth the paper it is printed on. what does that mean in practice? we are going to have to have an incredibly robust inspections regime to make sure they're not secretly trying to start their nuclear weapons programs but we know they have maintained archives over the years of nuclear weapons research they would keep on ice as it were so they could roll it out in the future when they decided it's time to pursue a pathway to a balm.
